Valentine’s Day Math Centers -Graphing, Fractions, Multiplication, Equality

I know I’m getting an early start on this, but since it was done, I decided to post it.

valentine's day math centers cover.

This Valentine’s Day Math Pack focuses on Graphing, Fractions, Multiplication, and Equality.  There are five activities.  All are great for centers, but the Candy Hearts Graph is also good as a whole group activity on Valentine’s Day itself.

Fractional Flowers explores fractions of a set and students have to match flowers with words (one quarter of the flowers are purple, etc).  Fractional Candy explores fractions of a whole and on the worksheet, students have to divide their own candy.  You will need to purchase boxes of conversation hearts for each student for the Candy Hearts Graph.

Some of the activities are similar to products in other packs or offerings I have individually.  Multiplying Hearts is similar to Multiplying Fish.  Equal Hearts is similar to Equal Snowflakes, but with larger numbers.

If you’re looking for some great center activities or “when you’re done with your work” activities, go check them out!
