Organize Colored Paper in the Classroom

Organize your colored paper using a file crate and hanging files. This makes my color happy heart smile.

I got this idea from some blog somewhere with regard to construction paper.  My construction paper is mostly 12 x 18 and I have it organized in wooden slots.  I did, however, need to figure out what to do with my copy paper!  I have a ton of colored copy paper, but never used it because it was all jumbled.  I set my kiddos to the task of sorting paper yesterday afternoon and they whipped through it in 10 minutes.  I love having the extra hands to help organize stuff!

  3. I have my colored copy paper in a filing drawer too. I like that it is a stand alone one and the kids can access it. It definitely helps keep it organized.
