QR Codes for Videos of October and Halloween Stories
$4.25
53 videos of October and Halloween stories read aloud for students on YouTube and SafeYouTube.
These October and Halloween QR codes can be used on most devices with a camera.
The following QR Codes lead students to videos where popular books about October and Halloween are read aloud. Use the QR codes as a listening center during reading centers or to help students access higher-level texts.
All of the videos are books read aloud. Not all of the videos have the text of the book included. Students will benefit from having a copy of the book to follow along. None of the videos are animations.
Videos come in two formats: YouTube and SafeYouTube. SafeYouTube does not have ads or other videos. Be sure that you can access YouTube or SafeYouTube videos at school and on student devices.
There are two QR codes (link) for each video of the 53 videos (YouTube and SafeYouTube). Be sure that you can access the videos through your district’s firewalls.
Simply print out the iPods, cut out, and laminate. Hole punch to put them on a ring or display them around your classroom. Provide students with a few books at a time or all of them in different parts of the room. The variety of applications is endless.

Thank you so much for this resource. I cut the QR codes apart and mounted them onto construction paper to hang on the wall so students could easily access it. They always ask it they can listen to one of the stories.

My students loved having a listening station again after Epic! was blocked district wide. Thanks!
