Start setting academic and behavior goals with your students. Through classroom discussions students are introduced to the concept of SMART goals and learn how to set a realistic goal.
Through individual conferencing, students use classroom data to set goals, set an action plan, and reflect on their learning. Students set goals based on their own individual data.
